RETREAT CANCELLATIONS
We recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in the event you must cancel.
Since all retreat deposits and payments are used to secure venues and retreat expenses, all deposits and payments are nonrefundable. In emergency situations, you may or may not be able to transfer your retreat to another person or be offered a credit for a future retreat or event, based on the decision of our team. Cancellations less than 60 days before the retreat start date are not refundable or transferable. We recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in the event you must cancel.

Make $500 deposit for 2 payment option. First payment is due 30 days after initial deposit; Second payment is due 30 days after first payment. Retreat must be paid in full by September 11th, 2023.

Make a $500 deposit and contact Heidi to arrange a monthly payment. Retreat must be paid in full by September 11th, 2023.
