  • Yoga Classes: Held outdoors with a cozy limit of 15 students, you're guaranteed to receive individualized attention from our seasoned instructors.
  • TRX Classes: Ready for a challenge? Our TRX classes will be back soon, and are designed to push your boundaries, all within an intimate setting—only 6 students per session!
  • Props: Feel free to bring your own yoga props if you have them. No worries if you don't; we've got some you can borrow. Just make sure to clean them after use, please.

What Class Should I Take if i'm new to yoga?
Slow-flow yoga is the perfect starting point for those who are new to yoga. This type of yoga emphasizes gentle movements and postures, allowing you to gradually build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. OmSide offers accommodations in all of our yoga classes, so even if you're a beginner, you can feel comfortable and confident in your practice. Whether you need alternative poses or modifications, we will work with you to make sure that you get the most out of your yoga experience.
Do i need a reservation for classes?
At OmSide, we don't have a strict reservation policy, but it's highly recommended that you book your spot in advance to guarantee your place in the class. This will not only secure your spot, but it will also allow us to better prepare for your arrival and ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Are there props available for use?
At OmSide, we understand that not everyone has their own props, which is why we provide a variety of props for our students to use during their practice. From yoga blocks to blankets, we have everything you need to feel supported and comfortable during your class. Our TRX classes are also fully equipped, so there's no need to worry about bringing any equipment. Everything you need to participate in the class will be provided, allowing you to focus on your practice and achieve your wellness goals.
