Welcome to OmSide!
Our group classes are the perfect way to experience the benefits of yoga while connecting with a community of like-minded individuals. With a maximum of 15 students for our outdoor classes, you'll receive personalized attention and guidance from our experienced teachers. In addition to our group yoga classes, we also offer TRX classes with a maximum of 6 students per class, so you can challenge your body in a fun and supportive environment. Please bring your own props if you have them. Don't worry if you don't have any - we have props available to borrow, but we do require you to clean them after use. We can't wait to share our love of yoga with you and help you find your inner peace and strength. See you on the mat! |
TRX YogaReap the rewards of weight resistance training in a fun, yoga-style way through TRX Suspension Training. Capacity is limited to 6 individuals.

MELT Length/TRX YogaDiscover the power of weight resistance training with the utilization of TRX Suspension Training in a fun, yoga-style manner. We incorporate MELT Length training into this class, allowing you to treat your hands and feet with special balls and release tension through the use of a soft foam roller. The capacity is also limited to 6 students.

Ease into your Weekend MELT/Yoga 90 Minute ClassThe Saturday Morning Wake Up Class combines two activities - MELT, involving specialized balls and a soft foam roller to release tension in the body, followed by an all-level flow yoga class.

Slow FlowSlow Flow is the perfect unwind from a busy week and a great way to get your weekend off to a lovely start. This class will help gently relax your body while building strength and stamina. Vinyasa flow options are available and offered.
