MELT Strength/TRX Yoga:
Enjoy the benefits of weight resistance training in a fun yoga style way (similar to a Sculpt class) using TRX Suspension Training. We add MELT Strength training to this class. MELT Strength helps to both prevent and repair injury. Limited to 6 students.
TRX Yoga:
Enjoy the benefits of weight resistance training in a fun yoga style way (similar to a Sculpt class) using TRX Suspension Training. Limited to 6 students.
MELT Length/TRX Yoga:
Enjoy the benefits of weight resistance training in a fun yoga style way (similar to a Sculpt class) using TRX Suspension Training. We add MELT Length training to this class. Treating hands and feet with specialized balls and using a soft foam roller to release tension in areas of the body. Limited to 6 students.
Saturday Morning Wake Up Class
This class is two parts (you can do both or just one or the other, price is the same either way). It starts with 30 minutes of MELT (myofascia release) using specialized balls and soft foam roller, followed by a 60 minute all-level flow yoga class.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow is the the perfect unwind from a busy week and a great way to get your weekend off to a lovely start. This class will help you to gently relax your body while building strength and stamina. Vinyasa flow options are available and offered.
